Despite Skeletal Family undergoing several member changes throughout their first moments of inception in the early - mid eighties, they managed to record their chart topping record “Burning Oil” in four days, which was released by Red Rhino Records. Their distinct and dismal style earned them the clout as the only group in their genre to originate from Keighley, West Yorkshire in the early 1980s. So, it would be no wonder that The Foreign Resort would be joining the bill as they are Denmark's finest musical export of post-punk and dark new wave, led by singer and songwriter Mikkel Borbjerg Jakobsen. The band combines the shadowy mysticism of The Cure's Pornography era with a driving production aesthetic akin to LCD Soundsystem. In March 2018, NIGHTWISH will begin their 9-month-long 'DECADES: WORLD TOUR 2018' starting with 34 shows in North America. The tour will make a stop at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver on Saturday, April 7, 2018. NIGHTWISH will have a very special setlist for the tour, featuring rarely heard material from the earlier era, and excitingly for both band and fans, they will revisit the old songs with some new twists. This set list will be a "one-off" and only performed on this 'DECADES: WORLD TOUR 2018". To accompany the tour, Nuclear Blast will release a 2CD compilation »Decades« on the 9th of March 2018.
