Use this form to request refunds for Cancelled or Postponed concerts, with orders placed at the website and processed through the Vendini or Crowdtorch platform. Please note that these platforms have been retired, and we cannot process the refunds online through the system. Our only options are now to send you an Interac e-transfer or a cheque from our own account.

For postponed events that have a new date, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you plan to attend the concert, no action is required.

For tickets purchased in person or through a different platform, you can request your refund at the point of purchase.
